Inclusive Solutions Nl is locally owned and operated and is based right here in St. John's. Twenty years ago, Janice and Lori first met and worked together as Speech-Language Pathologists and Provincial Consultants for Autism Spectrum Disorder. As colleagues and friends, they've built expertise developing programs and strategies targeting communica... tion skills, emotional regulation, social skills, and sensory adaptation. Their experience and expert knowledge has focused on the effects of Neurodiversity on the individual, family, support team, and community. Over the years, there have been consistent reports from families regarding a lack of accessibility in establishments such as restaurants, hotels, entertainment centers, sports facilities and at public events. Families and individuals with neurodiverse diagnoses, repeatedly express frustration and concern regarding the lack of accessibility within our community. At Inclusive Solutions NL, we are here to support businesses in building environments that are accessible, inclusionary, and universal. Lori has twenty-five years of professional experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist with a special interest in Autism Spectrum Disorder. Loris experience includes Autism Consultant positions with the Provincial Government and private practice, as well as, Autism Itinerant with NL English School District. She has extensive academic training, professional learning, and hands-on experience with individuals, families, and teams affected by the challenges and the wonders of Autism Spectrum Disorder. Lori's experience includes assessment, direct intervention, program design, and consultation.
