The firm is the former Vermont office of Hawksworth, Bibb Inc, which was a New England regional structural engineering firm that had offices in two states. HBI Vermont was incorporated in 2017. The firm is headed by Andrew Bibb who graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1980. He spent three years working for a Structural Engineering firm in Alaska before moving back home to New England, and then starting his own practice in 1991. In addition to projects throughout New England, Andy's projects have been located in diverse areas such as Nevada, Florida, China and Vietnam. The company has a variety of industry standard analysis and design programs, computer aided design and drafting in house, and can readily serve all of the structural consulting needs of Architects, State Authorities, and Institutional Clients.Explore more
