Who is Great Oak Senior Care
Great Oak Senior Care was established in 2014 after the passing of my father, Norman Dahlen. Norman's request was to transition home from the Minneapolis hospital. The hospital visit came on quickly for the family and we didn't know all of the options we had for transitional care. This is how and why Great Oak Senior Care came about. We want to be there for Greater Minneapolis and St. Paul elders and their families with the main goal of keeping their loved ones in their current environment. We will provide you with options to keep the elderly in their homes. Great Oak Senior Care is a locally owned and operated company with the goal of assisting, educating and making an impact in the lives of seniors and their families. Great Oak Senior Care is here to assist the family so they can spend quality time with their loved ones and lessen the burden of elder care for them.
