Before founding his own firm in 2012, he was a Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig in the Fort Lauderdale, FL office where he spent almost 14 years and he was also a Partner at Berger Singerman for 2 years, where he was involved in all facets of land use and zoning in projects... around the state. From the smallest sign variance to the largest and most complex mixed use redevelopment, Paul provides strategic counsel to public and private property owners alike. Paul has prior experience serving on the management team of a publicly traded real estate investment trust where he spent 5 years as Senior Vice President of Development and oversaw development of a portfolio of 235 properties across the country, while also managing the companys Florida office. He is also a licensed California General Contractor and has experience as a home builder.
