Eveready Services Inc. was formed in 1999 from the existing business of Eveready Delivery Service, a small company that had been serving local designers with 1 truck for the previous decade. Hard work and conscientious improvements to our resources, facilities, and business practices have been rewarded by loyal customers and word-of-mouth, yielding... sustained growth and an established reputation. In 2003 Eveready moved to a 28,000 square foot facility on Harry Hines, expanded our services, and acquired additional trucks. In late 2007, in anticipation of continued success, Eveready relocated to their current facility at 310 W. Mockingbird, which should accommodate continuing growth. Our new 40,000+ facility is a fully climate-controlled warehouse, secured by alarms and monitored by 24-hour recorded video surveillance, inside and out. With dedicated areas for art, chandeliers, and other specialty items, in addition to well-lit rack storage, our warehouse and its crew can accommodate our clients' frequent requests for viewing and/or staging of their enitre inventories. Individual storage inventory items are uniquely tagged and assigned to specific locations within the warehouse, and can be located and handled with a minimum of advance notice. Our docks and equipment can handle a wide range of transport vehicles, from the largest trucks to items that must be carefully hand-carried from a client's car up a gentle ramp. Eveready's growing and well-maintained fleet of delivery vehicles is mostly air-ride equipped, and includes some smaller vehicles to accommodate tricky access at most locations. We strive to maintain the fleet with the same care that our customer's expect when we handle their merchandise, such that customers will have the greatest confidence when we arrive at the destination.
