Endeavour envisions a world where access to professional consulting services is not a barrier to non-profits in achieving their goals, regardless of their financial capacity. Based in Toronto, Endeavour is a Canadian charity that provides management consulting to improve the organizational capacity and community impact of non-profits. We match teams of skilled volunteers with non-profit organizations for 6-month consulting engagements. Since 2007, Endeavour has engaged over 120 non-profit clients, and over 1,000 volunteers, on projects that build capacity, sustainability and impact for local, national and international non-profits based in Canada. Endeavour's non-profit clients work in a variety of sectors and services including the arts, children and family services, disabilities, education, environment, healthcare, immigrant services, rural development, skills training, poverty relief, and youth development.
