CPSI Announces Extension to Stock Repurchase Program
MOBILE, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)---- $CPSI--CPSI (NASDAQ: CPSI), a healthcare solutions company (the “Company”), today announced that its Board of Directors extended the expiration date of its existing $30 million stock repurchase program to September 4, 2024. The repurchase program was originally approved by the Company’s Board of Directors on September 4, 2020, and was set to expire on September 4, 2022, prior to this extension.
