Who is Controlled Recovery

CRI is a leader in the treatment, recovery and disposal of oil and gas wastes in the Permian Basin. CRI has an excellent record of safety and compliance and has passed hundreds of government and HS&E audits. CRI operates a 264-acre oil recovery and disposal facility in Southeastern New Mexico. CRI was acquired in 2006 by Atreides Capital and Blue Sage Capital. Since 1991, CRI has been safely managing and disposing Produced Water, drilling fluids and cuttings, UST and other fluid and solids wastes for leading exploration and production firms, refiners, pipelines, and other environmental and professional contractors in the Permian Basin. Who regulates CRI facilities? CRI's waste disposal and oil recovery facilities are regulated by the New Mexico Oil Conservation Division. CRI has an additional landfarm permit from the New Mexico Environmental Department which regulates a discharge plan for diesel and gasoline- contaminated solids, recovery wells, drill solids from monitor wells, and other hydrocarbon contaminated solids and liquids. In accordance with the above mentioned agencies, CRI has the following current permits: NMOCD PERMIT R 9166 - oil and gas industry treating, recycling, land farming, and disposal NMED PERMIT DP 818 - land farming and recycling of UST soils, liquids, oil, other contaminated soils, car wash sumps, and drill cuttings CRI will assist with the proper preparation of transportation manifests, the preparation of forms and testing of materials that may be required by regulatory agencies, and assist you with the hiring and management of any subcontractors required to successfully complete any remediation or disposal project, such as; Site Assessment Testing and Analysis Excavation Transportation and Disposal Controlled Recovery, Inc. has managed many environmental projects in West Texas and New Mexico at our customer's request.Read more
