Toby grew up in the small town of Hubbard, Ohio. After graduating from Youngstown State University, he moved to Macon, Georgia to serve on the police department. He then settled in Upstate South Carolina to pursue a career in restaurant management. Seeing a need for better customer service from his point of sale vendors, he founded Computer Applied... Products. Computer Applied Products partnered with Focus POS 19 years ago to form the dealership Focus Carolinas. Focus Carolinas has developed a reputation for providing top notch customer service and reliability among it's hundreds of customers in the Carolinas and 12 other states. Toby's core value of personal honesty and integrity have been a guiding principle in the company's success and the way we do business. Toby and his loving wife, Susan, have 3 sons; Chadderton, Jeffery, and Scott. He enjoys relaxing on the Gulf Coast of Florida, classic cars, and local craft beers. Joe and his family emigrated from Beirut, Lebanon during the 1970's civil war. Joe was raised in California, attending college at Cal Poly for Electronics Engineering. Joe has been working in the point of sale and computer industries for 24 years. He left his previous position at a large cash register corporation to pursue his customer service passion with Focus Carolinas. Joe's desire to provide excellent service to independent restaurants in his community has been a guiding compass for the entire Support Department at Focus Carolinas.
