When Capital Resource Credit Consultants opened its doors in 1983, our founder, Arthur H. Koch decided that he wanted to offer a collection agency experience that was second to none. Mr. Koch started CRCC with the vision of being a different type of agency. After spending 15 years working on behalf of one of the largest collection agencies in the country, Mr. Koch realized the proper way to run a collection agency. CRCC quickly started to grow after acquiring 2 large clients including an Airline partner that is a client to this day. In 1993, Mr. Koch hired on Todd Pedersen (Vice President) from Northwest Airlines. Mr. Pedersen quickly got CRCC involved with the transportation industry. 5 years later, CRCC was one of two of the most widely utilized agencies within the airline industry and still is to this day. Also during the mid-1990's CRCC began a relationship with one of the world's largest commercial shipping companies. In 2004, Mr. Koch and Mr. Pedersen hired on Scott Spehar to run the Sales and Marketing department at CRCC. Since that date, CRCC has continued its growth and expansion of multiple markets.
