Who is Business Training Capital Resource

Business Training Capital Resource is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located near Washington DC and Virginia in Germantown, Maryland. We werefounded to enhance employment opportunities for minorities, females, veterans, ex-offenders and other disadvantaged individuals in the building and construction trades throughout the United States. Business Training Capital Resource Inc. has a new affiliate chapter in Ohio and starting more chapters in Georgia, Missouri and Kansas while establishing chapters across the country. We have a history of supporting efforts to promote fairness in contracting and encouraging hiring minorities and females within the construction industry through training and advocacy. Our team has over 15 years of experience in combating good faith efforts and special taskforce initiatives to improve the construction industry. With great efforts the construction industry has not significantly experienced an increase of involvement from this underrepresented population of contractors. We realize that new efforts and methods for improving the utilization of disadvantaged persons must be employed. The organization is dedicated to identifying new ways for opening the doors of equal opportunity in the building and construction trades. The main concern is unemployment among minorities, females, veterans, ex-offenders and any other disadvantaged contractors and getting them employment and contracts.
