Your part of the partnership will require that you commit to those preventive health visits, that you will be our education health promoter in your home and that you will guide you child from illness back to health. Our practice enrolls children from birth through eighteen years of age. This spectrum will present parents with tremendous variations in our waiting rooms (children in the practice will exhibit the many variations of normal and abnormal).
