Who is Bright Line Eating

Bright Line Eating is an online program with male and female participants from over 50 different countries around the world. We're in every contine nt but Antarctica! We've had thousands of people go through the Boot Camp, as young as teenagers (joining with their parents) and as old as 86. People are different, and here at Bright Line Eating we don't believe there's a "one size fits all" approach to eating and weight loss. In fact, we talk a lot about the Susceptibility Scale and how learning your score can enable you to find the program that's right for you. Bright Line Eating is especially designed for people who are in the mid-range to the high end of the Susceptibility Scale. If you're on the higher end of the scale, your brain is likely to sabotage your most well-intended weight loss efforts unless you have the power of the Bright Lines on your side. For the 9's and 10's in our midst, Bright Line Eating often feels like the solution they've been searching for forever. However, a large percentage of the people in our Boot Camps are in the mid-range of the Susceptibility Scale, and they find that Bright Line Eating gives them the roadmap and tools they need to chart a path that works for them. We do have some people who are on the low end of the Scale in our Boot Camps. They have decided that they prefer the structure of Bright Line Eating and appreciate that it allows them to achieve their health and weight loss goals. But our heart will always beat for those on the higher end of the Scale, as, for them, Bright Line Eating may be the first, last, and only approach that has ever worked.Read more
