Ageless Yoga is located in the heart of downtown Lexington, on the corner of Midland Ave. and Winchester Rd, near the UK Campus, and Chevy Chase area, with convenient and effective weekly scheduling from 9 am- 8.pm, open 7 days a week, including ample private free parking spaces. We offer a wide range of styles and traditions including: Our newest... class coming a the end of Jan 2018 SmartFLOW® Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Curvy Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation with sound healing and Mindfulness and Specially Yoga For Recovery. We try to be as inclusive as possible and most of our classes are accessible to all levels. Props and modifications allow our teachers to make yoga accessible to everyone regardless of age, flexibility, or experience. Additionally, we also offer beginner yoga, intermediate yoga and advanced yoga classes and workshops and private sessions for practitioners that are looking for a more tailored experience. Our teachers have extensive experience, ability to make connections, and communicate effectively with their students, our studio teachers are equipped to break down a pose, offer modifications if needed, or suggest variations for students looking to deepen their practice.
