   Prior to ZoomInfo, Goltra spent four years at Monster Worldwide, where he held several senior-level positions, most recently serving as vice president of product management.In that role, Goltra drove the product strategy and roadmap for Monster's $700 million careers business, overseeing the launch of multiple new products and product enhancements for employers and job seekers.Before Monster, Goltra was director of product management at Vicinity Corporation where he managed the company's portfolio of web, wireless and speech products, prior to the company's acquisition by Microsoft.Goltra was also previously a product manager at Hewlett Packard and earlier in his career worked as a legislative staffer in the US Senate.
   
   Goltra has a bachelor's degree in history from Columbia University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
