Joining CRP in 1994, Ms. Phe has supported and guided the design and implementation of poverty alleviation activities -- Ninh Thuan province.She has a vast understanding of community-based organizations and their activities -- to include saving and lending groups, water user groups and agricultural co-operatives.Phe holds a BA in Economics and a BSc in Agricultural Science.Prior to joining CRP, Phe was a Director for the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Central Economic Commission, providing direction and guidance to agriculture and rural development plans and strategies to the country.
