Xia Liu joined Fulbright & Jaworski's Houston office as an attorney intern in 2003, where she focuses on intellectual property matters.Prior to joining Fulbright, she worked as a patent agent for the Law Offices of Jiahe in Beijing, China.She also worked for Sino Petrochemical Group as a chemical engineer.

Xia is the co-translator of Patent Case Yearbook of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit 1998 and 1999.

Education

In 1992, she received a B.S. in chemical engineering from East China University of Science and Technology and in 2003 she received a MIP (Master of Intellectual Property Law) from the Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire.

Xia is not admitted to practice law in the United States.
