Liz DeLuna teaches Forrest Yoga at Lila.Liz has been practicing and studying yoga since 1986.Her first teacher training was with Sivananda in India, and in 2003 she completed teacher training with Ana Forrest.She has participated in workshops and intensives with Joan White, Richard Freedman, Kofi Busia, Francois Rouault and Pattabhi Jois, and practiced ashtanga for 4 years with Eddie Stern.Liz practices yoga regularly at various New York schools.
