Started martial arts training in 1964 and has been actively teaching, developing and researching since. Holder of a 8th degree red/white belt in Goju Ryu karate-do and a title of Hanshi. Also possesses a 5th degree black belt in Okinawa kobudo and other ranks.
Has developed several forms of self defence, mastering in Women's self protection skills and situation awareness. These courses have been presented to the regional Health Areas of Sydney and soon to start in the City's Parliament House.
Currently semi retired from Telstra Corporation, I have dedicated a lot of my time travelling abroad teaching and conducting martial arts Seminars to our International Membership worldwide.
