Lynn Bonner, director of Marketing at Harley-Davidson is responsible for creating, promoting and implementing strategic close- to-the-customer programs and targeted actions for the Motor Company. Bonner is focused on ensuring Harley-Davidson's reach and relevance to new and emerging consumer markets. Prior to joining Harley-Davidson, Bonner held a number of positions at Ford Motor Company on the Ford, Jaguar and Land Rover brands including national pre-owned brand manager, marketing manager, new dealer launch manager and owner loyalty program manager. Prior to joining Ford Motor Company Bonner held a number of positions at Henry Ford Health System including special events director and strategic planning and marketing program manager. Bonner attended Wayne State University in Detroit, MI and went on to earn a bachelor's degree in business administration from Columbia Union College in Takoma Park, MD. She is a member of the National Association for Female Executives, American Marketing Association, Institute of Management Consultants and a Board member of MBA Diversity. Additionally, she is past member of the United States Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce, the Black Chamber of Commerce, and the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. Bonner has been profiled in a wide range of media and has been a featured speaker on target marketing issues at numerous conferences and events and a featured thought leader at Frost & Sullivan's Sales & Marketing Exeuctive MindXchange. Bonner is also a mentor in several organizations and is a former board member of the Friends of READ Orange County.
