Jerry Zimmerman, general manager of Zion Harley-Davidson Shop in Washington City, wanted to host a Valentine's Day event but didn't want to continue bombarding people with hearts and flowers and Cupid.

"It's our inaugural Valentine's Day Bull Run," Zimmerman says.
"They're not a well-known, 'right-out-there' association so their funding is usually done by the parents.
We thought, why not help them out?"
The primary event is the poker run, where more than 100 bikers are expected to take to the roads in pursuit of prizes and for a good cause.
Zimmerman says poker runs are designed to benefit various causes.
