Jennifer is responsible for assisting grantees in the development of evaluation plans.She teaches multiple workshops designed to build the capacity of grantees to conduct evaluations and effectively use evaluation data.Jennifer also conducts surveys and studies that support the Foundation's operations.
In addition to working at The Health Foundation, Jennifer is the Evaluation Director and advocacy coordinator at Children, Inc. in Northern Kentucky.Jennifer has worked as an external evaluator for two federal grants and as an evaluation consultant for the United Way of Greater St. Louis, the United Way of Greater Cincinnati, and Kenton County Library.She was previously employed as the Research Director of Vision for Children at Risk in St. Louis.She also worked for the Center for Social Development at Washington University.
Jennifer is a member of the American Evaluation Association and a United Way volunteer.Jennifer has presented at several conferences including those sponsored by the National Association for Child Care Resource and Referral, Region V Head Start, the Ohio Program Evaluators' Group, and the American Evaluation Association.
Jennifer has a Masters in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelors in Social Work and Public Administration from Miami University.
