We had Craig Lincoln, Jimi Yamagishi, Garret Swayne and Ric Taylor all in the same room, on the same night, just layin' it down...and then Mario (who is definitely "apt to turn a wicked phrase"), did a full set and changed the way a lot of people thought of acoustic guitar....so cool...Next was a quick tour up the coast to my old stompin' grounds, the Monterey Bay area for shows in Santa Cruz and Capitola..and the opportunity to see some people I don't get to see often enough, Then drive back to L.A., hop on a plane to Vegas for two days and then back to North Hollywood for a show at Kulak's Woodshed opening for Severin Browne and James Coberly Smith!...(take a look at www.severinbrowne.com for some info on what those two are up to...it's WELL worth checking out!) I'll try to update more often through the next few weeks.
