Taurie M. Zeitzer is a member of the Firm's M&A/Private Equity practice and is resident in our New York office.Taurie received her law degree in 1997 from Columbia University School of Law, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a Managing Editor of the Columbia Journal of Law & Social Problems.She joined the Firm in 1999 and principally represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in leveraged acquisitions, mergers, investments, and similar transactions.Taurie also advises private equity investors with respect to the management of their portfolio companies, including management equity and incentive plans, corporate governance matters, financings, and follow-on acquisitions.She has represented sponsors and their portfolio companies with regard to first and second lien senior secured debt financings and bridge financings.She also has represented banks in loan transactions.
