Diane Zeiler

Diane Zeiler worked with power plant assets, tolling agreements and off-take agreements in the SE United States as the senior director of Dynegy's power operations.Also at Dynegy, Diane was responsible for hourly scheduling for the Eastern Interconnect.

Ms. Zeiler managed the hourly and intraday trading for Illinois Power including transmission, scheduling and transactions and is very knowledgeable of the details and nuances of the Midwest power markets.

Diane managed the transmission and scheduling for NorAm ( Reliant) activities in the Eastern Interconnect and their operations in PJM, SERC, MAIN and ECAR.Prior to NorAm, Diane worked for Amoco as an operations engineer, Dow Chemical as a process engineer and Conoco as a research engineer.

Prior to entering the power industry, Ms. Zeiler worked in the natural gas industry with responsibilities ranging from gas supply to investor relations.Additionally, she also worked in the refining and chemical industries as an engineer in both operations and technical design positions.Ms. Zeiler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
