Julia Ziege, 9-10 Coach

Julia is a second-year coach with the Monona Swim Club.She swam for our club as a youngster, with MEYO swim club, at LaFollette HS and currently is a member of the Lawrence University swim team.She has received many awards for her swimming accomplishments including being a scholar athlete in her senior year at LaFollette.She holds six club records at MEYO and finished a strong season on the Lawrence University swim team with a 1st place finish in the backstroke at the conference meet as well as three second-placed finishes in relays.When she is not swimming she is a sophomore at Lawrence, majoring in physics and math.Welcome back Julia!

Julia will be joining the Monona Swim and Dive Club as a first-year coach this summer.She swam for our club as a youngster, with MEYO swim club, at LaFollette HS and currently is a member of the Lawrence University swim team.She has received many awards for her swimming accomplishments including being a scholar athlete in her senior year at LaFollette.She holds seven club records at MEYO and finished with six 2nd places finishes and a 3rd place in her university's conference meet this season.When she is not swimming she is majoring in physics and math.In her spare time she is training for a 5K swimming race in Lake Michigan this summer.Welcome Julia!
