Patricia Zedalis - Chairperson

Ms. Zedalis brings extensive experience in project management, capital planning and real estate analysis to BFL as a result of her consulting work.Her client list includes: the American Red Cross of Greater NY, the NYC Board of Education, New Jersey Department of Transportation, Connecticut Department of Transportation, NYC Economic Development Corporation, Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, and 42nd Street Development Corporation.Ms. Zedalis holds a B.S. in chemistry from Fordham University (1968) and an M.A. in art history from Queens College (1976).Her post-graduate courses at Columbia University in historic preservation preceded her entrance into an M.B.A. program at N.Y.U.She joined the board in 2003 and is also Chair of the Fund Raising Committee.
