James (Jim) Zboril is currently the President and Chief Operating Officer of Lake Nona Property Holdings, LLC. He is responsible for managing virtually all aspects of this 7,000-acre Development of Regional Impact. Currently, Jim is engaged in developing the organization's vision for a unique, mixed-use community at Lake Nona, which will include a scientific and medical core composed of the UCF College of Medicine, The Burnham Institute and various other partners and stakeholders that will make valuable contributions in the areas of healthcare, education and research. In addition to being the developer of the $90 million Burnham Institite facility, the Lake Nona development team has over $100 million in infrastructure underway at Lake Nona.
Prior to joining Tavistock Group, Jim was the Executive Vice President for Core Communities, Inc., a division of Levitt Corporation (NYSE:LEV). He received a BSBA in Finance from Western Michigan University. Jim is a member of the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers and the Association of Florida Community Developers. -
