As a former Manager of Compensation responsible for global financial management and reporting at TD Securities, Damian is an expert in the financial implications of compensation programmes.His experience in capital markets also includes an Equity Research Associate position with one of Canada's top investment banks, where he was actively involved in the valuation of companies.

Damian is a CFA charterholder and graduated with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with a Master of Business Administration degree.He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (First Class Honours) from Queen's University.
