    Dr Dehong Yu is responsible for the PELICAN: Time of Flight Polarisation Analysis Spectrometer at the OPAL reactor at ANSTO.

    His expertise includes studies of magnetic materials, thin films and nano-scale materials with neutrons, electrons and synchrotron radiation

    Dehong Yu has been an ARC research fellow at UWA on spin-dependent interactions in atoms as well as an Alexander von Humboldt Fellow at Munster University in Germany, for one and half years, working on electronic structure in magnetic nanostructures.
