Crystal Yu

CRYSTAL YU is currently a financial management consultant for IBM Global Business Services, working on a project re-engineering business processes of the Department of the Navy. Previously, she served on a project for the Federal Emergency Management Agency in post-Katrina New Orleans, improving the management and execution of recovery programs. A native of Chicago, she earned her B.A. in economics and government with a concentration in international relations from Cornell University, where she was also the president of the Chinese Students' Association. Crystal serves as Secretary of the 2008 Board of Directors.
