Constance Yu has experience in a wide variety of civil and criminal litigation matters, involving issues of trade secrets, copyright and trademark enforcement, employment law, legal malpractice, premises and products liability, as well as federal bank fraud, money laundering, and RICO.

Ms. Yu's trial experience includes defense of (1) former heads-of-state against criminal charges of international money laundering, fraudulent conveyances of fine arts, and RICO ; (2) federal bank fraud claims ; (3) sexual harassment claims ; and (4) premises liability action.

Before joining Graham & James, Ms. Yu was a litigation associate at Bartko, Zankel, Tarrant & Miller.

Education and Admissions : Ms. Yu received a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley in 1986 and her J.D. from the Washington College of the Law at The American University in 1995.She is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Central District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
