Connie Yu, Project Manager

Connie Yu has experience with a broad spectrum of landscape endeavors, ranging from community planning to residential design.Her graphic presentation style and extensive plant knowledge are a valuable asset in the development of projects.

Connie's extensive travel in Asia and America has contributed to her appreciation of world cultures and design.She is captivated by the simplicity and serenity of Japanese gardens and drawn to incorporating art into landscape.She collaborated on the Earth Walk project for the Festival of Gardens in Sonoma, CA, and is currently a team member on the landscaped version of Robert Smithson's last art piece - Palm Spiral.

As a project manager at Burton & Company, Connie develops and coordinates institutional, municipal and residential projects.She is currently overseeing the construction of the Holy Family Chapel, Engineering Building Unit 2 at UC Riverside, and the Cohen Residence.She is also working on the designs of various Los Angeles Department of Water and Power sites and residential estates.
