Andrew Yu joined Wilshire in 2004 and is based in the Santa Monica office.Dr. Yu developed several financial models and econometric techniques used today in the Wilshire Axiom, including the Wilshire Global Credit Issuer Risk Model and the Wilshire Global Credit Risk Model.Dr. Yu and Dr. Matheos developed the Asia Pacific market enhancements and the Wilshire Emerging Market Risk Model.

Prior to his current role, Dr. Yu worked for UCLA and NASA on the interplanetary Galileo Mission to Jupiter, and Cassini Mission to Saturn.Dr. Yu earned his BS in Space Physics from the Beijing University (China) and PhD in Space Physics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
