Charlene Young recently joined Gecko Hospitality with over ten years of experience.She attended the State University of New York-Schenectady in Culinary Arts while he prepared to open a facility specializing in banquets and catering where she then became the Chef.Charlene has had the opportunity to assist in managing well recognized restaurants in the Carolinas.When she's not working, she's spending time with her family and especially enjoys volunteering as a youth advisor with her 7 year old son.
