Also attending, not from that year group, were Ann Young (Daker) who had organised the event, Peter Sallis, President of the OAS, Kilmorie Edwards (Kimmins) Vice President of the OAS, Guests of Honour were Mrs. McCarthy, Senior Mistress, and Miss Birt, PE, who both were teachers at the school when the 1953 class attended.

Mrs Ann Young (Ann Daker) is taking on the role of Membership Secretary for the OAS with the aim of increasing the membership of the society, especially school leavers post 1970.
