    Allen Young, a detective with the Columbiana County Sheriff's Office. Young has followed up on leads in Columbiana, Holmes and Wayne counties without success.

    Allan Young of the Columbiana County Sheriff's Office said the material involved computer-generated or digital pornographic images of a girl who was 14 or 15 years old at the time the photographs were taken.

    While investigating the allegation, Young seized two computers from Brown's residence after getting the defendant's consent to search, then secured a search warrant to search the contents, but the evidence was thrown out when Brown challenged the computer seizure.

    Detective Allan Young was off duty and at the Negley Volunteer Fire Department at 8:39 p.m. Tuesday when he saw two small children coming into town, accompanied only by a Jack Russell terrier and two kittens. The children - a brother and sister who identified themselves as Hemi and Kane - said they had left their home somewhere up over the hill to walk to their grandmother's house in New Waterford because their parents were mean to them. Young identified himself as a police officer and took them back to the fire hall, where he called their grandfather, whom he knows. The grandfather contacted their father, who said he was in the yard and his wife was was at the neighbor's house when the children wandered away.

    Detective Allan Young of the sheriff's office said they already had inspected the drawer prior to the explosion and it held nothing pertinent to their investigation.

    "I think what happened was an accidental thing," he said of the explosion.The sheriff has said gunpowder was found in the drawer and that Amato Jr. reloaded his own ammunition.
