    Mamiko Yokoi-Arai

    Mamiko Yokoi-Arai, BA.MA, PhD (cand.) is associate director of the London Centre for International Financial Studies & Rule of Law (based at BIICL); and research and teaching fellow at CCLS, Queen Mary, London.She previously worked at the Bank of Japan involved in formulating the central bankís policy in relation to Asia and was member of various working groups concerning Asian central bank relations.She has consulted the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on the evaluation of their legal reform programmes which is one of the first comprehensive evaluation of IFIsí legal reform programmes.She has presented and written on various topics related to central banking and financial crisis legal issues, recently co-editing a book on financial crisis legal issues.
