Mr. Hiroyuki Yokohama

HIROYUKI YOKOHAMA, a Japanese aged 26, is a Non Executive Director of the Company and was appointed to the Board on 20 March 2007.

Mr Hiroyuki Yokohama is a graduate of the International Economics Department of Chuo University in Japan.Upon graduation, he started his career with Daido Life Insurance Company of Japan.He was there from 2003 to 2006 as the Manager of Customer Service.

He is currently Executive Director of USS Securities Co., Ltd and Non-Executive Director of USS Forex Co., Ltd, both of which are Japanese companies.

He does not have any family relationship with any other Directors and/or major Shareholdres of the Company.He has not entered into any transaction, whether directly or indirectly, which has a conflict of interest with the Company.He has not been convicted of any offences within the past 10 years.
