Our newest support representative, Shirley Yoakam, has provided direct customer support to computer users for the past 10 years.Shirley has guided mainframe and PC operators worldwide, by phone, e-mail, and on-site instruction.She maintained complex computerized academic programs for the Southwest Oregon Community College computer lab, and resolved daily ad hoc network, application and printer problems.As both an end-user and instructor she is highly responsive to customer concerns and business demands.
