Lucia has graduated from the Victoria University of Manchester in the United Kingdom, the University of New England in Australia and the City University of Hong Kong.She currently works as a Treasury Executive in a multi-national company in Hong Kong.

Lucia has been the Secretary of the ATMA in Hong Kong since 1997 and Vice President since June 2000.
