Mr. Jesse Ybarra

Jesse Ybarra, Project EngineerMr. Ybarra, a GTI project engineer, has completed numerous NEPA and Phase I environmental site assessment studies as well as numerous geotechnical subsurface explorations.Mr. Ybarra has been involved in the telecommunication projects including design, field engineering, project development, construction management and project administration.More specifically Mr. Ybarra has been involved in all phases of project development from site acquisition and zoning to completion of as-builts and construction project management.Mr. Ybarra has also completed numerous civil and structural drawings including cellular tower foundations, fabrication and site and facility design projects.He has conducted numerous failure investigations and forensic engineering studies.He also has conducted and directed all types of drilling operations and currently directs the installation of helical piers, special inspection services and the installation of concrete and geogrid retaining walls and drainage and erosion products.Mr. Ybarra has an engineering degree and specializes in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and engineering development software.His technical writing skills and procedures have been utilized in many of our geotechnical and environmental projects around the United States and internationally.
