As Group Operations Director James has overall responsibility for all three Jacob Fruitfield factories.His focus is on improving standards whilst reducing our manufacturing cost base.He has worked in Food Manufacture since 1990, and has held senior positions in the UK and Ireland with United Biscuits, Northern Foods and Heinz.

James is a Graduate of Business Schools from both the University of Southampton and University of Teesside.
