Mr. Danny Yap is responsible for managing the accounts and finances of the group holding company and the subsidiaries in China, Hong Kong and Singapore.He also assists senior management in analysis and corporate planning.

Mr. Danny Yap has been in the finance and accounting field for more than 10 years.He has worked in both the private sector as well as in a government-linked organization, including in a listed company on the SGX Main Board.Mr Yap holds a Masters Degree in IT Management from an Australian University and is a Certified Public Accountant of Singapore.Additionally, he has a Certificate in Systems Analysis from the Institute of Systems Science, National University of Singapore.

In his free time, he volunteers his time to professional bodies like the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of Singapore and gives talks on topics of professional interest, like "How to choose an ERP system for the SME".
