Yu-Hsuan is a PhD Student within CASIF at Leeds University Business School.Her previous academic achievements are: an MA in Accounting and Finance (Distinction), Leeds University Business School, UK and a BA in Public Finance, National Cheng-Chi University, Taiwan

Prior to joining Leeds University Business School, Yu-Hsuan worked in the E.Sun bank in Taiwan and was responsible for individual finance projects.

Her PhD studies focus on Corporate Governance at the IPO phase in the UK.

Yu-Hsuan Wu is currently working on the research investigating corporate governance of UK listed firms at the flotation stage.
