CARMEL -- Judy Wothke, co-owner of RE/MAX Premier Group, has completed a course to learn skills involved in obtaining and servicing real-estate listings.

The Council of Residential Specialists of the National Association of Realtors conducted the course.

The class is required to qualify for the designation of certified residential specialist.The course included seller counseling, pricing, client-services, marketing and other programs designed to close sales on residential properties.

"Today's real-estate market is more complex than ever before and the listing process has become the key in the movement of residential properties," Wothke said."This course provided me with new input to enable me to serve both buyers and sellers of residences more effectively."

Wothke, who joined RE/MAX of Indiana in 2001, has received the President's Club award for outstanding sales.

Carmel, Ind. - Tom and Judy Wothke of RE/MAX Premier Group in Carmel recently completed a highly specialized course in customer service referral-based business conducted by the Council of Residential Specialists of the National Association of REALTORS® in Nashville, Ind.

CARMEL -- Judy Wothke, co-owner of Re/Max Premier Group in Carmel, graduated from the Indiana Association of Realtors Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) conducted at Indiana University in Bloomington, Ind.

To earn the designation of Graduate of Realtor Institute, the Realtor must attend the course for three years and successfully pass the examination each year.Wothke just completed her third year of the course, accredited by the National Association of Realtors.

Wothke is a member of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors and received the 2004 Boone County Realtor of the Year by the board's Boone County division.She has been active in the real-estate profession for four years and received the Re/Max President's Club award for outstanding sales.Additionally, she is a member of the Council of Residential Specialists.
