According to AFP the latest book is one by Washington Post writer Bob Woodard titled State of Denial.

Washington Post editor Bob Woodard in his new book "Plan of Attack," said Bush told him he had used about $700 million in July 2002 from money appropriated by Congress after the attacks on Washington and New York to begin preparations for a possible war with Iraq.
