   Kevin Wood, chairman of Tech,s chapter of Young Conservatives of Texas, said he has had problems with numerous professors. In several classes, particularly the social sciences, teachers focused entirely on one view while ignoring others.
   
   In a sociology class, a professor showed ,Fahrenheit 9/11, but did not discuss it or show anything in opposition to that message. In an economics class, Wood said one teacher focused only on Marx. While he does not know of grades being affected because of differing beliefs, he said he believes professors are inappropriately pushing beliefs onto students.

   Wood said while some opinion in class added to discussion, a professor should be teaching facts, not opinion.
   
   ,I think the university is a place for exploration, not really indoctrination,, he said. ,I don,t think professors should preach a point of view.
