Diane WoodDiane worked as a nursing supervisor and personal support educator in the Health Services Field in the Hamilton-Niagara area for many years.She was responsible for the well-being of those who could not care for themselves or were unable to find others to help them.These people were primarily the elderly, the very ill or the disabled.She provided nursing from her staff, and she herself was the advocate for her clients, particularly in issues of good care and funding.Diane is presently studying at McMaster University, where she will receive her degree in Sociology/Gerontology.Her management and communication skills, already in place, are fully supported by her ability to speak three languages, English, French and Spanish.Diane spends her free time skiing and golfing with her husband, John, and playing with her two grandchildren.Burlington, Ontario is the place that Diane presently calls home.
