Tracey is responsible for communicating Fidelity's institutional products and services to the pension consultant community in Canada. In addition to servicing consultants, she leads a team of analysts responsible for reporting and database maintenance.
She was promoted to Director in September 2007, having managed the Consultant Relations team since January 2003.
Previously, she was an Institutional Fund Analyst.
Prior to joining Fidelity in 1998, Tracey worked as a Legal Assistant at the immigration law firm Cecil L. Rotenberg QC, and as a Public Relations Associate for the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office.
Tracey earned her B.A. from Carleton University and her MBA from Oxford Brookes University.
Tracey holds the 2006 Leadership Award, which recognizes Fidelity managers who exemplify leadership in a number of areas, including providing exemplary customer service.
